Godzilink.com expects that you will execise caution and use common sense when using the Website.

      Godzilink.com is not involved in the actual transaction between member companies and candidates. As a result, Godzilink.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the opportunities or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings/postings, the ability of member companies to offer opportunities to candidates, or the ability of candidates to perform. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact with through the Website.

      You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any profile or material contained therein placed by you on the Website. Likewise, member companies are solely responsible for their postings on the Website.

      Godzilink.com does not warrant or guarantee that any given profile will be viewed by any specific number of member companies, or that it will be viewed by any member company.

      Godzilink.com is not to be considered as an employer or be a party seeking a contract seeking with respect to your use of the Website, and Godzilink.com shall not be responsible for any decisions to enter into a job agreement, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting job opportunities on the Website.

  4. Standards for Internet Conduct In connection with your use of the Website 

    You shall not:

    Post, transmit, distribute, store, upload, or destroy material (i) in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or (ii) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others.

YOU MAY NOT RESPOND TO A JOB OPPORTUNITY POSTING OTHER THAN IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR THAT JOB OPPORTUNITY ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF. RECRUITERS AT A MEMBER COMPANY MAY NOT USE ALLOCATED JOB OPPORTUNITY PROFILES OTHER THAN TO LIST AVAILABLE JOBS AT THE MEMBER COMPANY.

    Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate profile information that you have posted for the purpose of seeking opportunities for yourself (living individual seeking opportunities on his or her own behalf) or agencies or groups consisting of such individuals.

    Job postings for recruiting sub-distributors or sub-agents on any pyramid scheme(MLM), business scheme, franchise, business opportunity, "club membership," or other business opportunities are not permitted. However, article posting is permitted in the spotlight section, for legally registered pyramid schemes, business schemes, franchise, business opportunities, "club memberships," or other business opportunities to share information on their product(s) or services. Organizations that require an up-front or periodic payment are not permitted to post. All pyramid schemes(MLM) , business schemes, franchise, business opportunities, "club memberships," or other business opportunities who post in our spotlight section must be legally registered in their respective countries and are held responsible to comply with Malaysia's employment laws, regulations and legislations.     In Godzilink.com we aim towards IMMEDIATE COMMUNICATION. In this regard we encourage you to return to Godzilink.com and confirm your status AT LEAST ONCE every 14 days. Your profile may have a status of Active(green light), Inactive(Red light). You control the status of your own profile.

You must ACTIVELY be seeking new opportunities if your profile is Active. You may also receive inquiry occasionally if your status is inactive.

As a registered user you agree that:

  • You will ACTIVELY be seeking new opportunities if you profile is Active. You may also receive inquiries occasionally if you status is inactive. 
  • You will keep your profile up-to-date with a valid phone number and email address that you will actively monitor.

You will respond immediately to all contact link requests.

You are required to respond to all contact link requests, whether you are interested or not within 14days.

  • A contact link request means that a company/employer has paid Godzilink.com a Contact Link service fee 

You will receive emails from Godzilink.com.

  • Godzilink.com uses auto email notification. Emails from Godzilink.com are solely for the purpose of informing your new opportunities and are not spam.
  • You will receive emails from companies seeking people talents and from Godzilink.com.
  • You will make sure that your computer does not block emails from Godzilink.com.
  • You will assure that your actively monitored mail box is not full for unreasonable lengths of time.

You will create only one Job seeker/candidate/people talent profile 

  • Additional profile: Godzilink.com may remove without notice any additional profiles that you have created.
  • Rejected Profile. Your profile will be audited to ensure it satisfies our quality requirement before it is shown to the public. All profile information must be correctly entered int the appropriate box/field. Incorrect entry into the wrong box/field will trigger a rejection thus delaying your profile approval.
  • Cancellation: You may terminate or cancel your profile posting offline at any time by email and specify your profile ID to admin@godzilink.com

9. Additional Terms of Use for Company, Employer, Principal or Entity Targeted Contacts Link Response.

Job seekers who are eager to find new opportunities.

We encourage Job seekers, candidates, people talent to respond within 14 days.

If the job seekers, candidate or people talent, does not respond, or is not actively seeking new opportunities for some reasons, you may target new recommendeded.

Cancellation. You may terminate or cancel your profile posting offline at any time by email and specify your profile ID to admin@godzilink.com

 

10.Display Ads Banner/Spotlights

If you have submit material (e.g. graphics) for a display ads banner or spotlight article for our Display Ads page, you agree to the following terms:

  • You shall submit the materials according to the specifications provided by Godzilink.com at the time of your subscription.
  • You will be presented privately the rendered ad for your approval prior to its publication. However, if you do not respond to such a request for your approval in a timely manner, you agree that that constitutes your implicit approval for publication on the Godzilink.com Website.
  • Godzilink.com will accept only a final copy and layout. While we will work with you on the look of the ad, before submitting your materials, you should have all of your team members approve the ad layout and copy.
  • Godzilink.com shall endeavour to render your ad according to your instructions, for display in recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
  • Your ad will be published only during the time you have a paid subscription in effect.

 

11.Guidelines in spotlight comment postings

Note: We offer users the opportunity to comment on news items and also engage in discussions in our message board. We reserve the right to delete comments that we find detract from the intent of spotlight and which adversly affect the reading of Godzilink.com Spotlight postings. Anyone who consistently ignores our guidelines will be blocked from posting further comments. Godzilink.com owns and operates the servers that these posts are listed on and strives to be a technology resource to its readers. If you are interested in posting outside of these guidelines, there are numerous other places where you can post such messages.

The following types of posts may be deleted:

  • Use of offensive racial / gender / sexual preference / religion-bashing terms or other hurtful speech. If you use a word with racial overtones in your post name, that will be prohibited. If you find it a source of pride, the Web doesn’t know what nationality you are. All it sees is racial slurs on Godzilink.com.
  • Excessive use of cuss words, and cussing in titles of comments / messages.
  • Spam and links to spam. If you want to advertise, contact us directly.
  • “First Posts,” “nth post,” and discussion of them with no meaningful commentary. We don’t mind if you want to be first and list “first post” as your subject, just add some meaningful commentary besides a one-liner that is obviously there to satisfy this requirement.
  • Links to inappropriate or unrelated content such as pornography, distasteful pictures, hate sites, etc. Many people read Godzilink.com from their workplaces. Linking to this type of content changes Godzilink.com to a site that could get users in trouble with their associates and Godzilink.com shall not be held responsible for it.
  • Posting of any personal information, names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails, etc. You are not allowed to post any personal information or someone else’s information and then make comments about that person.
  • Nonsensical posts that have nothing to do with the topic, repetitive diatribes posted to multiple items, off-topic posts that hinder discussion, and responses to those posts. We ask readers to ignore such posts. It’s hard to keep the comments clear of them if several people respond to them and responses are mixed with actual commentary.
  • Personal attacks on other posters or Godzilink.com writers. Comment on ideas, not people. Godzilink.com writers are people with feelings, as are other commenters. There is no need to abuse them.
  • Comments on grammar and spelling and any related discussion. Spelling and grammar mistakes are inevitable from time to time due to the volume of material we produce daily. We’d appreciate an e-mail directly to us. If posts on this are made to the news items, we will fix the error(s) and then delete the posts.
  • Product activation codes for software, requests for such, or other warez-related posts or links
  • Useless flame bait: “XYZ Sucks – flame away!” In other words: useless, blatantly inflammatory messages not to be confused with useful flame bait, where someone has an opinion that greatly differs from the norm and wishes to express it in a meaningful way.
  • Impersonations of other users’ post names and related discussion about how the post is not from that user.
  • Double postings and “Sorry for the double post” messages. We will delete the double post and the “sorry.” If it happens to you, don’t worry about it.
  • Anti-Malaysia, anti-Singapore, or other nation-bashing and associated comments directed at the people of a nation and not the policies. Also, if someone has trouble with English, please be respectful, as it’s most probably not their first language.
  • Posts announcing other unrelated news. Please submit breaking news directly to us instead of killing a discussion. We will get to it.
  • Incomprehensible posts or posts in ALL CAPS. All caps posts are the equivalent of shouting.
  • Comments about post deletion in news items. The proper forum for this discussion is an e-mail to Godzilink.com staff or starting a topic in the Message Parlor.

12.Indemnity 

By accessing this website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Godzilink.com from and against any claims, actions or demands, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this agreement.

By using this site and providing information as a registered user, you are in agreement with our privacy policy.

14.Governing Law  

  • You are responsible to ensure that you comply with your country’s law, regulation and legislation on employment. This includes your responsibility to ensure that you are of legal employment age in your respective country to apply for a job.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia and users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
