1)When do you get to know Godzilink?
- I do not remember because I use it a long time ago
2)What makes you feel good for using Godzilink?
- The staff is friendly, fast response to answer my email whenever I have questions regarding job hunting. After a few months of job hunting, interview, through Godzilink jobs recommendation, I finally got a job.
3)What would be the most worry things during your job interview?
- There are plenty of questions that may be asked during the interview. I have no idea what they want to ask and why they want to ask, thus I’m a bit tense of giving wrong answers.
4)Why did you decide to choose your current career?
-Perhaps it fits to my personality and I want to gain more experience in service line.
5)Do you like your current job?
-I love this job because I gain a lot of knowledge.Whenever the customer is satisfy with our service, and thank us, I really feel good.
6)What suggestions you could give to students at this competitive edge?
-Don’t be afraid to try. You need to gain self-confident by doing more and listen more.
7)What piece of advice you would give to someone wishing to pursue a career in your field? To become successful
-Customer service is challenging as we need to deal with many different type of customers. Sometime we may face difficult questions but we also learn to tackle the questions. Everyday is learning new knowledge and is never boring

1)When do you get to know Godzilink?
-Search vacancy in internet and found godzilink website. I have searched and applied many jobs in Johor there previously.
2)What makes you feel good for using godzilink?
-I got quick response from the companies which I leave my resume.The staff also coordinate well with the companies to arrange some interviews. If I had many problems in the past, Godzilink will help handle it. Godzilink helps me so much and the service is free, really appreciate their effort.
3)What would be the most worry things during your job interview?
- Most companies have a lot of process for job application. Therefore, some companies response are slower, while some take a lot time(1 month or more) to schedule interview. Some companies also need more than one time interview
4)Do you like your current job?
-Im satisfied with current job but if I get more better offer, I may consider to upgrade
5)What suggestions you could give to students at this competitive edge?
-Spend time to search vacancies in the internet. Learn the different job descriptions in your industry and spend time to polish your resume to fit to their job descriptions. If your resume cannot focus on the revelent jobs which you apply, you will never get response from companies. If you have friends to refer to the companies is even better. If you dont have friends in that companies, you can email Godzilink about your problems and my experience told me that they can solve my problems.
6)What piece of advice you would give to someone wishing to pursue a career in your field? To become successful
-Companies want candidate with real hands on experience. The candidates should have more experiences and technical knowledge about electronic inorder to do well in electronics industry. We need to continue improve our technical skills.
